Conditions for Reservation Cancel

Hotel rooms and apartments:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7 days, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Basis for the calculation and payment are prices in EUR.

Advance payment for stay:

• reservations up to 3 days - only the 1st night will be charged in advance
• reservations from 3 to 7 days - 2 nights will be charged in advance
• reservations longer than 7 days - 3 nights will be charged in advance 

Holiday homes:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7-14 days, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 7 days, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Basis for the calculation and payment are prices in EUR. 

Advance payment for stay:
